Canal Bank Panama adquiere Plataforma ECM ONBASE

Canal Bank ( acquires from GSI / Giga the Implementation of the OnBase Client 360 Solution and Account Opening; to have the availability and traceability of the bank’s active and passive customer file documents. The contract includes the bank’s File Digitization services and Archivist Consulting Services.

With this implementation, the bank will have the following benefits:

Improve the customer experience, by providing timely and centralized information on all the products that the bank has.
Save employee time by automating and greatly facilitating the tasks of managing documentation and bank processes in this and future stages.
Facilitate the quick search of documents, status and processes of the different customer procedures.
Access to information and documents in a secure and structured way, by being able to define different access permissions to data and documents within the document management system.
Have a robust management platform that supports the bank in its Digital Transformation process and can be expanded in future stages to other areas of the organization.
