Scanner Maintenance and Support
GSI’s regional support has a technical service structure in all the countries of the region, where we concentrate and prepare specialists to form the first level of service to our clients.
We have certified technicians who will provide you with Preventive and Corrective Support Services for your Document scanners, check scanners, among others.
Each of the requests will be registered in the GSI ticket system, and their priority will be established according to their criticality.
Requests or calls will be identified by a unique request number or ticket number, which will facilitate the monitoring and resolution of technical support services.
